Tanning Courses

All Courses are valid for 12 Months from date of purchase. Any unused Minutes will be lost after 12 Months. 

• Once a Course has been used there are strictly no refunds given on part used Courses or any Unused Minutes 
• All Courses can be shared with one other nominated Person, who must be registered to your account in the Salon 

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash or for alternative Treatment. 

• Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if Lost. 

 

Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows:

Clients must cancel appointments online or by calling the salon prior to their scheduled time. Repeated no-shows will result in the deducted time being removed from their course allocation and may lead to the deactivation of online pre-booking privileges.
